We at “TLM Sports conditioning” prepare student athletes for the rigors of College Sports and High

School Athletics through nutrition and sports conditioning by increasing their strength, speed, stamina, flexibility and cardiovascular health which ultimately makes young athletes more productive, resilient and healthy to perform at higher levels.

If College student Athletes and High School Athletes build Sportsconditioning into their everyday lives it will help lessen the burden of sports injuries and illness.

Our approach, which emphasizes on overall Sports conditioning training that tie the students athlete productivity into high  performance players is a must!

We believe that some traditional approaches to athletic performance in a new age of technologie must be improved for the young athletes well being so he or she can grow maturely and perform at their highest level.

1# Mental Power and Vision;

We help student athletes change negative thoughts and behaviors that they may have adopted from negative feedback, which can lower their self esteem.

Which makes them vulnerable to negative self criticism that affects the way they perform on the field!
In-short a young athletes thoughts and how he views himself if positive makes him a “Winner!”
However if “Negative” could cripple his performance significantly and how he views life!

2# Training for Speed and Agility;

Young athletes learn the important link between quickness training and sport-specific training, giving  them a primer on “Muscle Physiology!”

3# Testing and Assesments;

At TLM Sportsconditioning it is here that we lay out the foundation of sports training, for this we test the young athlete for his strenghths and weakness’s before a detailed training program can be implemented.

We need to know where the athlete currently stands in his or her athletic achievement inorder to prescribe the right program for success!

4# Increase Power and Speed;

We teach and train young athletes the science behind power and speed combined, with fundamentals of the workout programs that show different aspects of speed drills with power exercises that depict maximum performance.

5# Increase Lean Muscle, Balance and Agility;

We teach and train young athletes the importance of incorporating balance and agility while growing lean muscle tissue.

We train the young athlete in showing ones ability to rapidly change directions while keeping the body in proper alignment, an essential strategy for the execution of cut and turn maneuvers, which are fundamental to a wide array of “SPORTS!”

6# Motor Skill Performance and Strength;

At “TLM Sportsconditioning” we teach and train young athletes quickness and reaction time to show them how to relate to their position on the field.

Because often the difference between success and failure on the field is directly related to the athletes ability to anticipate another players movements, therefore beating the other player to a particular spot on the field!
